I'm a licensed massage therapist, Reiki master, certified sound healer, and breathwork facilitator—but more than any title, I'm a creative soul with a big heart and a deep love for building community.

 

My work lives at the intersection of science and spirit. I believe healing isn't just about addressing symptoms; it's about feeling seen, held, and supported as a whole person. Whether through touch, energy, sound, or breath, my intention is to create a space where you can soften, release, and reconnect with yourself.

 

I'm also a mother and a wife, navigating the beautiful, raw, and transformative journey of healing through motherhood. That experience has taught me that we aren't meant to heal in isolation—we need each other. It's shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for the people I serve.
